Real driving simulation

Within automotive development, designing technical systems to meet realistic requirements becomes more and more important, as the Real Driving Emissions legislation shows.

To reduce the ever-increasing complexity and efforts for development and application of drivetrain systems we use virtual test rides.

Our unique environment model reproduces the traffic network, the specific transport infrastructure, plus the individual vehicle including the driver as controller.

Within a virtual environment we provide all necessary signals for a virtual test ride alongside one or various missions. This system can be used e.g. to

  • evaluate a system's energy efficiency,
  • develop a new operational strategy, or
  • to layout new components
