Structural Assessment & Testing

With test rigs for high-speed dynamic, quasi-static, static and cyclic testing, we support our customers in the development of new materials, components, vehicle structures and vehicles. The crash facility is suitable for full vehicle crash tests as well as for individually designed component tests with a sled system. The 10m drop tower enables dynamic crush and bending tests of small components up to B-pillars or bonnets. Quasi-static tests with high forces and durability tests can be carried out with the help of the servo-hydraulic testing facility. With a great amount of experience, our engineers develop customized test configurations and help our customers to develop their components in a focused approach.
